What are your store hours?

Monday–Tuesday 10 AM–6 PM · Wednesday–Saturday 10 AM–7 PM · Sunday 12 PM–4 PM. During Jaguars season (Aug–Jan) we run extended hours on home game weeks — call ahead or check our social media.

How much is shipping, and how fast is it?

$6.99 flat-rate standard shipping on every US order via USPS. Orders process in 1–2 business days; First-Class takes 3–5 business days, Priority 2–3, and Priority Mail Express 1–2. Faster options are shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes — free, always. We'll email you the moment your order is ready. Need it today? Call (904) 242-0640 and we'll pull it for you.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery on unworn items with tags. Email Info@SportsManiaUSA.com to start a return and we'll send you a return shipping label — or just bring it into the Jax Beach store. Gift cards and Clearance items are final sale.

How do I pick the right size?

Check our size chart, and note the fit guidance on each product page. Between sizes or unsure? Call us — we handle this question in the store every day.

Do you do team, bulk, or corporate orders?

Yes. Use our Customer Request Form or call the store — we answer bulk requests within one business day.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards from $10 to $500, delivered by email, no expiration.
