7. NOTE TO PARENTS
SportsManiaUSA.com does not knowingly solicit any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In addition, SportsManiaUSA.com does not knowingly obtain, retain or use information from anyone who indicates that they are under the age of 13. Children who indicate that they are under 13 years old will not be able to able to make credit card purchases, and they will not be contacted about special offers or promotions. Protecting children’s privacy on the internet is important to us and we fully abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
8. CHOICE OF LAW
If any disputes arise between us regarding your use of SportsManiaUSA.com, such disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its choice-of-law provisions and the federal and state courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims.

10. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)
What we send. Sports Mania sends text messages to job applicants about their own application — confirming we received it, scheduling interviews, and letting you know where you stand. These are the only texts this program sends. We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages through it.
How you opt in. We text you only if you gave us your mobile number on our job application and selected “Yes — text me about my application” on the Text message consent question. That question is never pre-selected, and choosing “No — email me only” means we contact you by email instead. Declining texts does not affect your application in any way.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on where you are in the hiring process. Most applicants receive fewer than five messages in total.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Sports Mania does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at that number, and we will send one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the phone number or address below. You can also ask us to stop by replying to any of our emails.
We do not share or sell your mobile number. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected for this program are used only by Sports Mania and the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties, affiliates, or advertisers for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes of any kind.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
