Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Info@SportsManiaUSA.com. Returns are sent to: Sports Mania, 1246 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Locals: you can always return or exchange in person at our Jacksonville Beach store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards and items purchased from our Clearance collection are final sale and cannot be returned. Pet apparel is also final sale (a manufacturer hygiene rule) and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) also cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Playoff merchandise: Playoff-related merchandise purchased on or after January 4 of a given postseason is final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Locals can swap sizes in person at the Jacksonville Beach store anytime within the 30-day window.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customers in the United Kingdom: your right to cancel
If you live in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. You don't have to give a reason. Where this section differs from the policy above, this section applies to UK customers.

How to cancel. Use the return link in your order confirmation email (international orders are processed by our partner Global-e), or email Info@SportsManiaUSA.com with a clear statement that you are cancelling and we will start the return for you. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Returning the goods. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to inspect them. We may reduce your refund if the goods have been worn or used beyond that, or are damaged.

Your refund. We will refund the full price and the standard delivery cost you originally paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you sent them, if that comes first). Refunds are issued by Global-e to your original payment method, in the currency you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery service than our cheapest option, we only have to refund the cost of the cheapest option.

Exceptions. The right to cancel does not apply to items made to your specification or clearly personalised (for example custom names or numbers), or to gift cards once redeemed.

Faulty or wrong items. This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and we will cover the return cost. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible.
