1. Who is running this

Prize Sponsor and tattoo provider: Bold City Tattoo, 8380 Baymeadows Rd #9, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Bold City Tattoo provides the tattoo prize, designs and applies the tattoo, and is solely responsible for the tattoo services.

Promoter and Administrator: Sports Mania, Inc., 1246 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Sports Mania advertises the contest, receives and holds entries, administers judging, and announces the winner. Sports Mania does not provide tattoo services.

2. Not affiliated with the NFL, the Jaguars, or Meta

This contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by the National Football League, the Jacksonville Jaguars, or any of their affiliates. The prize tattoo is original artwork created by a Bold City Tattoo artist and is not a reproduction of any NFL or Jacksonville Jaguars logo, wordmark, or other protected mark.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta completely. Any questions, comments, or complaints go to Sports Mania, not to Meta.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are able to travel to Bold City Tattoo in Jacksonville, Florida to claim the prize. Travel is not provided. Employees of Sports Mania, Inc. and of Bold City Tattoo, and their immediate family members and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry period

Entries opened Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 8:48 p.m. ET, when the contest was announced, and close Monday, September 14, 2026 at 12:00 noon ET. Sports Mania's clock is the official time. Any entry received from the announcement onward is valid; entries received after the close are void.

5. How to enter

Send a video message to Sports Mania USA by Instagram direct message (@sportsmaniausa) or Facebook Page message, telling us why you should be the one inked a Jaguars fan for life.

• Include your full name and a phone number or email address so we can reach you. If you already entered without them, we will ask — you will not lose your place.
• Limit one (1) entry per person. If you send more than one, the first is judged.
• Send a normal video, not a view-once or vanish-mode message. Those delete themselves and cannot be judged.
• You must be able to receive direct messages. If your account settings prevent us from replying, we cannot process your entry.
• No purchase, follow, like, share, tag, or repost is required. Following us is welcome and does not affect judging.
• Entering is free. Standard data rates from your carrier may apply.

Alternate free method of entry. You may instead hand-deliver a video on a USB drive, or a written entry of 200 words or fewer, to Sports Mania, 1246 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 during the entry period. Alternate entries are judged on the same criteria and have the same chance of winning.

6. What your entry may contain

Your entry must be your own original work and must feature you. It must not contain any other identifiable person who has not agreed to appear, and must not contain music, footage, logos, or other material you do not have the right to use. It must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or promote unsafe or illegal activity. Sports Mania may disqualify any entry, at its sole discretion, on any of these grounds.

7. Rights you grant

By entering, you grant Sports Mania, Inc. and Bold City Tattoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publicly display your entry — and your name, likeness, voice, and city — in connection with this contest and its promotion, in any medium, for two (2) years from the close of entries. You keep ownership of your video. You may withdraw your entry, and this licence as to future uses, by messaging Sports Mania at any time before the winner is announced.

8. Judging — this is a contest of skill

Entries are judged by two independent judges: a representative of Sports Mania and an artist from Bold City Tattoo. Each judge scores every entry independently, out of 100 points, on the following criteria, and the judges then confer:

• Strength and sincerity of the story — 40%
• Jacksonville / Duval authenticity — 25%
• Creativity and effort of the video — 20%
• Understanding that the tattoo is permanent, and wanting it anyway — 15%

In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher story score wins. Winning is determined by the judges' evaluation of the entries, not by chance. The judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.

9. Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: a custom Jaguars-inspired tattoo, designed and applied by an artist at Bold City Tattoo, redeemable by appointment at Bold City Tattoo on a date arranged with the shop. The size, placement, and session length of the piece are agreed between the winner and the artist. Bold City Tattoo provides this prize.

The prize is not transferable and no cash equivalent is offered, except that a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted if a prize becomes unavailable. A winner who declines the tattoo, for any reason, will instead receive a Sports Mania store credit of equivalent value. The total announced value of the prize offered in this contest is under $5,000. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Tattoo terms — please read carefully

• The tattoo is designed and applied by Bold City Tattoo, a licensed Florida tattoo establishment, by a licensed artist. Bold City Tattoo, not Sports Mania, performs the service and is solely responsible for it.
• The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification proving they are 18 or older, and must sign Bold City Tattoo's own consent, medical history, and release forms, before any work begins.
• The design is created by the artist and must be approved by the winner before the appointment. Placement and size must be somewhere the artist is willing to work.
• The artist may decline to perform the tattoo for any professional, health, or safety reason — including intoxication, a skin condition at the site, pregnancy, a relevant medical condition, or the winner appearing unable to give informed consent. The store credit substitution in Section 9 then applies.
• The winner may change their mind at any time before the needle touches skin, for any reason, and take the store credit instead.
• A tattoo permanently alters your body. Removal, where possible at all, is expensive, painful, and imperfect. Aftercare is the winner's responsibility, following the artist's instructions. Questions about the procedure, healing, or aftercare should be directed to Bold City Tattoo.

11. Winner notification

The winner will be announced on Monday, September 14, 2026, by direct message and by public post. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours and complete any required documents — including an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release — within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or refusal to sign forfeits the prize, and the next highest-scoring entry may be selected.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sports Mania and Bold City Tattoo may announce their first name and city, and may film and publish the design and tattoo session. A winner who would prefer not to be named may say so when they claim the prize, and will be announced by first initial only.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sports Mania, Inc. and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in this contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Responsibility for the tattoo services themselves rests with Bold City Tattoo, as between the winner and Bold City Tattoo, under the forms the winner signs at the shop. Nothing in these rules waives any right that cannot be waived under Florida law. Sports Mania is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or not received for any reason, including platform failure.

13. General

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Sports Mania reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. If the entry period is extended, the change will be posted publicly on the same accounts the contest was announced on. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

14. Privacy

Information you submit is used by Sports Mania to administer this contest and to contact you about it. Sports Mania does not sell your information. You may ask us to delete your entry and information after the contest ends by emailing Info@SportsManiaUSA.com.

15. Winner's name

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sports Mania, 1246 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 within thirty (30) days of the announcement date.
