1. Sponsor

Sports Mania, Inc., 1246 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion period

The promotion begins August 14, 2026. Entries are accepted through January 31, 2027, and the final drawing is held February 8, 2027. Entries submitted outside that period will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

Scan the QR code at a Sports Mania event tent, or visit sportsmaniausa.com/win, and submit the entry form with your first name, email address, and the teams you follow. You will then receive an email asking you to confirm. Your entry is not complete until you click the confirmation link in that email.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire promotion. Your entry rolls forward: once confirmed, it is automatically included in every remaining monthly drawing until you win or the promotion ends — no re-entry is required or permitted. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

Your entry stays active only for as long as you remain subscribed to Sports Mania email. If you unsubscribe at any time, your entry is withdrawn and you will not be included in any remaining drawings.

5. Prizes

Six (6) prizes will be awarded, one (1) per monthly drawing. Each prize is a $100 gift card redeemable at sportsmaniausa.com. Approximate retail value of each prize: $100. The total announced value of all prizes offered in this promotion is $600.

Gift cards are redeemable online only, do not expire, and carry no cash value. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution will be made except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Drawing schedule

One (1) drawing is held per month, covering entries received through the end of the preceding month. Six (6) drawings will be held in total, on or about the following dates:

• August entries — drawn September 3, 2026 (held)
• September entries — drawn Monday, October 5, 2026
• October entries — drawn Monday, November 2, 2026
• November entries — drawn Monday, December 7, 2026
• December entries — drawn Monday, January 4, 2027
• January entries — drawn Monday, February 8, 2027 (final drawing)

Each drawing is made at random, by computer, from all eligible confirmed entries in the pool at the time of that drawing.

7. Odds

Odds of winning any given drawing depend on the number of eligible confirmed entries in the pool at the time of that drawing.

8. Winner notification and limit

Each winner will be notified at the email address submitted with their entry within two (2) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. A person may win no more than one (1) prize during the promotion; once a person has won, their entry is removed from all subsequent drawings.

9. Winner announcement, photos, and publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may announce their first name and city on the Sponsor's website and social media accounts, and may tag the winner's social media account in that announcement, without further notice or compensation. A winner who prefers not to be named may tell us so when they claim their prize, and we will announce them by first initial only.

Photos. When we notify a winner we will invite them to send us a photograph of themselves — in Sports Mania gear, at one of our event tents, at a game, or with something they bought from us. If a winner chooses to send one, they confirm that they appear in it or have the permission of everyone who does, that it is theirs to share, and that the Sponsor may use it on the Sponsor's website, social media accounts, and in-store and event marketing without further notice or compensation. A winner may ask us to stop using a photo at any time by emailing Info@SportsManiaUSA.com, and we will remove it from anything we control going forward.

We would love it if winners sent a photo, and liked, shared, or reposted the announcement, and we will always ask — but these are invitations, not conditions. No photograph, social media account, follow, like, share, tag, or post of any kind is required to enter this promotion or to receive a prize.

10. Privacy

Information you submit is used by the Sponsor to administer this promotion and, if you confirm your entry, to send you marketing email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing also withdraws your entry from this giveaway and removes you from all remaining drawings (see Section 4). The Sponsor does not sell your information.

11. General

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.
